Can I apply as an International Student?

Yes! Most of our tenants are international students from all over the world. Our terms for international students are very friendly.

We do not require:

• SSN or ITIN

• Income Verification

• Credit History

• Co-Signers

• Credit Established Required to Open Utility Accounts

What documents do I need to finish my application?

- Passport

- The acceptance letter from your university

- F-1 and I-20 visa (required for International Students)

- Scholarships/funding documents from your university (if available)

What are my rent payment options and when is it due?

- Rent is paid on the first of every month during your lease term

- OR pay upfront for the first few months, a full semester, or per year

What utilities are tenants responsible for?

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Garbage, Water, Gas, Electricity, Solar Lease, and Internet).

What is the pet policy?

Pets are part of your family, so that means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Adroit homes has a pet deposit of $250. There is a monthly pet rent of $100. The weight limit for pets is 75 pounds.

How much is the security deposit?

Adroit Homes has a base deposit of 2 months rent that is refundable at the end of your lease.

How do I acquire renters insurance?

You must provide proof of renters insurance at move-in that has at least $100,000 of personal liability covered. Each tenant must have renters insurance. We recommend Lemonade which is around $6/month
